Mau rakau and kapahaka group performing

Tēnā koutou katoa whānau. Our school mau raukau and kapahaka group will be performing at our morning assembly tomorrow. All I can say is that they are looking mean Māori mean. So if you can make it, you will be able to see all the hard work that they have put into learning mau rakau. If you aren't able to make it then I will post it up on our te reo blog. Watch this space whānau.

Nau mai haere mai.

Mau rākau

For the past 7 weeks 20 of our students have been learning mau rākau with Matua Steve.
Wait till you see us in action. It's going to be mean Māori mean.
Matua Iki wasn't able to keep up with the jumping. I'm sure he'll get there.
